The hind or deer is an interesting animal with incredible characteristics of balance.
When suddenly not from a high, rocky crag, the Hinds feet always land under it and bring it scampered right back up where it fell.
David walked through" deep waters" (Psalms 18:16).
Time and again he was attacked by Saul, by Goliath, by countless enemies within and without his kingdom.
Each time, however, he managed to land securely and climb right back up to prominence.
Why?
Because instead of leading David on a treacherous, narrow path, God broadened the path beneath him, so his ankles would not turnv (. 36).
Being" spiritual" does not make you immune from attack, but the Lord will train your hands for battle (Psalms 18:34).
When the enemy comes against you, you can" advance against a troop" and" scale a wall" (v. 29).
So often, Christians lie down and wallow in self-pity with attacked

Like the deer, stand up and scampered back up to the top!
